IMPORTANT INFORMATION

1. No call phone signal after Kishtawar/ No cell signal in Paddar/ Pangi area.
2. PCO available at Paddar and Pangi.( lines are frequently not working)
3. Internet available at Paddar. (CIC centre)
4. Paddar to Pangi is a technical 40kms narrow riding section, be very careful.
5. Thumb falls, a twin water fall, 200 feet high on the Paddar Pangi road.
6. Pangi is in District Chamba of Himachal Pradesh
7. Salooni nallah, 25 kms from Paddar is the J&K and Himachal border.
8. Kishtawar is now a district and Paddar is a tehsil.
9. Main town of Paddar is Gulabgarh, named after Maharaja Gulab Singh.
10. Chenab flows next to the route.
11. There is a PCO at Bairagarh.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

1. Signed Indemnity bond.
2. Physical fitness certificate.
3. Copy of valid driving license.

FOR RIDING:

1. Riding pant/jeans/cargo pant. (anyone of these)
2. Riding Jacket / Wind cheater/ Waterproof jacket.
3. Good riding shoes.
4. Tree pairs of cotton socks. (Minimum 3 pairs)
5. Riding gloves/ Leather gloves for riding (optional)
6. Good helmet and Balaclava. (Full face helmet recommended)
7. Good sun glasses. (With UV protection and covering eyes completely
8. Bike Documents.


PERSONAL GEAR:

1. Sleeping bag/ blanket. (Optional)
2. Spare clothes / change.
3. Torch.
4. Water bottle.
5. Sun screen lotion.
6. Body lotion + Lip guard.
7. Paper soap.
8. Camera and charger and memory cards. ( You can carry extra batteries/ memory cards for camera)
9. Phone and charger (optional)
10. Lighter/ Matchbox.

12. High-energy snack bars/ Chocolates.
